Sigler & Associates was formed in 2001 in response to our customer's desires for quality and cost-effective technical and management support. The Principals of Sigler & Associates formerly teamed within the framework of another consulting organization and desired to retain the synergistic relationship to the benefit of our past, present and future clients. Ed Sigler |
Mr. Sigler has over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of systems engineering, communications engineering, program management, and modeling/simulation. His career spans the US Intelligence Community, commercial satellite communications, mobile communications, modeling/simulation, satellite navigation and internet transaction processing. He was instrumental in the successful formation of three consulting and business ventures prior to forming Sigler & Associates. He holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and has completed all course work towards his PhD. He is credited with seven US patents. |
Bill Tisdale |
Mr. Tisdale has over 40 years of professional experience. His career includes significant positions within major defense and communications companies, most recently as Chief Scientist, East Coast Operations for Boeing. Mr. Tisdale's areas of expertise include satellite and terrestrial communications, program management, and systems engineering / systems architecture. Mr. Tisdale holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and is credited with ten US patents. |
Chad Baber |
Mr. Baber has over 35 years of professional experience, primarily in telecommunications network design, implementation, operations and maintenance, and business process re-engineering. He has successfully served a number of major domestic and foreign telecommunications service providers. One of his current assignments is to support the Chief Engineer of the FAA's Satellite Navigation Office. In this role, Mr. Baber focuses on the application of the FAA's WAAS and LAAS systems as well as future development and application of GPS and Galileo. Mr. Baber has a BS from Cal Poly. |
Mike Faron |
Mr. Faron has been involed in software verification since 1993 with experience in the both Waterfall and Agile Development environments. His work has included setup, testing and verification of large client server environments. Mr. Faron also has experience managing small to midsize teams. Mr. Faron has a BS from UMBC. |
